Manage or cancel my subscription
Subscriptions run through your App Store account: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aura. You can change or cancel there; cancelling up to 24 hours before renewal prevents the next charge.
Connect or revoke Apple Health
In the app: Settings → Health access. Manage permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Aura.
Delete my account and data
In the app: Settings → Delete account. All your data is then permanently erased.
The microphone doesn't work
Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Aura. You can also always type: choose "Chat with Aura" on the home screen.
